Meet Heather Warnke
Founder | Certified Enneagram Practitioner | Leadership Coach
Heather’s journey began in the corporate world, where she spent nearly 30 years navigating leadership, organizational change, and the challenges of balancing ambition with authenticity. Throughout her career, she discovered that the greatest transformations, the ones that truly last, don’t come from strategy alone. They come from self-awareness.
That realization became the foundation of I-Luminate.
Heather now helps individuals, teams, and organizations deepen their understanding of who they are, uncover what’s keeping them stuck, and align their actions with their core values. Using the Enneagram as a guide, she helps clients explore the why behind their behaviors, illuminating new perspectives, choices, and possibilities for growth.
Her coaching approach blends warmth and wisdom, curiosity and courage. Clients often describe their work with Heather as “transformative yet grounding,” a safe space where deep insight meets practical action.
Heather’s work is informed by her background in leadership development, her global experience living in North America and Australia, and her lifelong curiosity about what drives human potential.

Chief Product Officer | I-Luminate
David Warnke is Chief Product Officer at I-Luminate, where he leads the design and development of experiential programs and functional sound tools that support personal growth, nervous-system regulation, and inner coherence.
He spent over 20 years at Procter & Gamble in corporate product development, helping create best-in-class consumer products through deep consumer insight, breakthrough product models, and disciplined engineering design. His career focused on building things that genuinely improved people’s daily lives, a philosophy that continues to shape his work today.
A lifelong musician, David began playing piano at age five and later found his home in music production at the intersection of engineering and creativity.
His interest in functional music emerged through his own spiritual and personal development journey, where sound became a practical tool for supporting reflection, regulation, and coherence. At I-Luminate, he brings together rigorous product thinking and creative intuition to design integrated experiences, combining sound, structure, and program architecture to support sustainable personal transformation.
