Lighthouse Circles are intentionally curated communities where people come together to explore who they are, what's shaping them and what they're ready to step into next.

And because our Circles are global, the perspectives around the room are too.

Our Circles

We currently have two Lighthouse Circles gathering each month.

Founders Circle

For executives, entrepreneurs and established leaders.

A community for people carrying significant responsibility who want a place to step outside of their roles, connect with others and explore their own growth.

The Work

We don't come in with a traditional business-growth formula.

We start with the human.

Where are you still holding on?

Where does the business depend too heavily on you?

What are you avoiding?

Where might an old belief or leadership pattern be limiting something new?

Who around you needs to grow?

What kind of team and culture will your vision require?

And who do you need to become to lead what's next?

From there, we work with the founder and, when appropriate, the people around them to expand the human capacity for growth.

Why I-Luminate

People-first isn't our coaching style. It's our growth strategy.

While leading Business Expansion and New Business Ventures at Kao, Heather worked with CEOs and founders scaling businesses from early stage to $100M+.

She studied what successful founders and leadership teams had in common and developed a Founder Playbook capturing the leadership principles and practices that helped enable their growth.

Today, she combines those principles with the I-Luminate coaching model.

When I joined the Lighthouse Circle, I had already been through so much change and had done a lot of growing on my own, but I still felt stuck in certain areas and found myself falling back into old patterns sometimes. I was trying to figure out who I was again in every part of my life — as a mom, in my personal life, with my career, and just as myself.
